become a referee
Becoming a referee is a great opportunity for your kids to stay involved with the game of soccer from a different perspective. Working as a youth referee is an unique experience for kids to develop their leadership and human resources abilities while still on the soccer field. Plus, they get paid to do it! It is a good chance to make their own money by being involved in the sport they love.
