• March 25: Spring season kick-off clinic, held at Luther College Regents Center from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Soccer gear swap and DUSC clothing sale starts at 2:00 p.m. At least one parent or guardian for each player should plan to attend a brief meeting at 2:30.
    • Used soccer gear swap – Bring your used items to give or receive for a free will donation to DUSC 
    • DUSC soccer clothing sale (sweats, hoodies, etc.)
    • First practice and meeting with coaches
    • Handout of game jerseys
    • Parent meeting at 2:30 p.m. 
    • Break-out meetings for  coaches and team parents 

    All registration forms (Code of Conduct and Medical Release) must be completed and turned in by the start of this clinic for players to participate.  

  • March 26: Start of spring training, with practices held Monday and Thursday nights at Will Baker Park in Decorah:
    • 5–6 p.m. 1st and 2nd grade (7U–8U), 4v4 game night
    • 5–6:15 p.m.: 3rd and 4th grade (9U–10U)
    • 6–7:30 p.m.: 5th–8th grade (11U–14U)
  • All 3rd through 8th grade soccer players will play in the Tri-Rivers League based in Wisconsin. Games are held on Saturdays and Sundays, from April 7 through May 13, with an end-of-season tournament in Tomah, Wisconsin on May 19–20.
  • Players in 1st and 2nd grade will participate in practices on Mondays and Thursdays, without the travel requirement for games. 

About DUSC
Decorah United Soccer Club (DUSC) is an organization committed to promoting youth soccer in Decorah, Iowa. 
DUSC is organized and directed by a board of dedicated volunteers. We are a traveling recreational soccer club for youth in the Decorah area. We are members of the Northeast Iowa Soccer League and the Tri-Rivers Soccer League.

We offer two seasons of recreational play. Our eight-week spring season in the Wisconsin Tri-Rivers soccer league includes six to 10 games, a tournament, practices two nights/week and several open gym opportunities in February and March.
All practices are held in Decorah and games are played in Decorah as well as southeast Minnesota, and southwest Wisconsin.

Our six-week fall season in the Northeast Iowa Soccer League includes six games, an optional tournament, and practice one night/week. All practices are held in Decorah and games are played in Decorah as well as West Union, Waverly, New Hampton, Denver, Sumner, Mason City & Clear Lake.

We invite players of all abilities to participate. There are no try-outs, and every player gets equal playing time. Players are expected to attend all practices and games. All players, parents, and coaches are required to sign a Code of Conduct and are expected to conduct themselves in a positive manner at all times, both on and off the field.
